Québec Postcards

The Albertpe Co. enjoyed early use in Québec, this “Greetings from…” style harkened to the pioneer “Grus Aus” style of early European postcards. These cards appear used starting in 1898, and are among the earliest of The Albertype Co.’s forays into Canada, however, the company did not see the later widespread uptake in Québec that many other parts of Canada saw.
