2026.02.26 Site design rework
With this current update a major rework of the site design is underway using new software to replace the software that had been used over the last 20 or so years.
2020.05.03 (previous update)
The last update prior to the change in site format was May 3, 2020. At that time, a pioneer Albertype postcard showing Ottawa’s Parliament Buildings has been added. The card was postally used to the USA on September 4, 1901 with an Ottawa Type “G” Flag cancel on a 1¢ QV Numeral stamp.

At that time, I’d been slowly reworking the site design for older parts of the web site, and had at that time converted the Albertype listings to the new format as a subsite to the main site. I had more Albertype cards to add as part of that update.
2004.05.25 The VintagePostcards.ca overall website first went online
Initially, the Albertype cards were part of the main VintagePostcards.ca website.
